Data Deletion Request

    Royal Cleaners — Facebook / WhatsApp App Integration

    If you have interacted with Royal Cleaners through our WhatsApp booking service or via our Facebook-connected app, you have the right to request that we delete all personal data we hold about you.

    This includes your name, phone number, email address, physical address, booking history, and any WhatsApp conversation records.

    How to Request Deletion

    Send us an email

    Email bookings@royalcleaners.co.za with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

    Include your WhatsApp number

    Include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us (e.g. +27 71 234 5678).

    We'll confirm and process

    We will delete your data within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

    What Gets Deleted

    • Your name, email address, and physical address
    • Your WhatsApp phone number and conversation history
    • Your booking history and service records
    • Any invoices generated for your bookings
